You may never find yourself truly alone within this forest. With all the animals and entities, a few creatures may stand out in the midnight’s palette. When their glow surrounds the fields that’s when you’ll see them, the little faes hopping around from flower to flower. Happily dancing and playing to the tune of their fluttering wings. You may mistake them as fireflies by their light or humming birds based on their sound but they are neither of those animals. When you finally approach them closely there you’ll see their playful smile and hear their silly snickers. That’s when they realise they have a new playmate for the evening you see? No one really knows what their play entails as most playmates are exhausted when the sun finally rises. Only recalling the emotions and not the shenanigans.Yet as of lately, there seems to be a new lurking within the grassy roads...The mention of the fae has decreased instead, travellers mentioned the appearance of a gorgeous young lady. One that towers over the flowers . Gliding her hands on the small of each petal, bewitching them to bloom. Similar to how the hearts of those who meet her gaze are just as bewitched. Making it beat like a drum as she was conducting in her symphony of laughter and the sounds of nature. You can hear it harmonise with the chirping of the insects to even the rippling of the stream depending on where you two meet.She seems almost harmless.
Some speculate that it’s because she means no harm, as many sing praises of her with the purity of their hearts. Like humming a song that was stuck in your head. No one has dared to go with evil intention, or at least were known to go and survive.So be nice to her when you finally meet, after all I’m sure that’s why you’re here. Now rest up traveller before the twilight meets the sky so you have enough energy to play with her from moon shine and moon fall.
